硫化锑和氧化锑的挥发动力学
VAPORIZATION KINETICS OF ANTIMONY TRISULFIDE AND ANTIMONY TRIOXIDE
【摘要】 采用差重法研究了Sb2S3和Sb2O3在氩气流中的挥发以及Sb2S3在Ar—O2混合气流中的挥发,考察了温度和氧分压对挥发速率的影响。提出了以化学反应为主的动力学模型,导出了挥发速率表达式,算出了反应的表观活化能值。
【Abstract】 The vaporization of antimony trisulfide and antimony trioxide under puri fied Ar and of antimony trisulfide under At-O2 mixture was investigated by weight loss method. The effects of temperature and oxygen pressure on vaporization were examined in detail. It is conisdered that chemical reactions on liquid surface seems to be the dominant factor in these processes, The mathematical models of vaporization rates have been obtained on the basis of some reasonable assumptions. The apparent activation energies of the chemical reactions in the vaporization have also been calculated.
