反射炉熔态还原磷矿石的数学模型
MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF THE REVERBERATORY FURNACE SMEITING REDUCTION OF PHOSPHORUS ORE WITH CARBON
【摘要】 进行实验室基础研究与对过程进行初步设计的基础上,根据传质传热的原理建立了磷矿石在反射炉内碳热还原过程的数学模型。通过模型计算对强化反射炉内的传热、增加出口炉气中P2O5浓度的途径进行了初步的探讨,从理论上论证了在反射炉中实现磷矿石熔态还原直接制取P2O5的可行性。
【Abstract】 The reverberatory furnace has been introduced to produce phosphorus pentoxide by smelting reduction of phosphorus ore Based on mass and energy conservation,a mathematical model has been establihsed to simulate the reduction pcocess of phosphorus ore by anthracite. The means strengthening heat transfer and increasing the concentration of phosphorus pentoxide have been briefly discussed. The results show that it is possible to reduce phosphorus ore by smelting reduction technology in a reverberatory furnace.
