双稳铌酸锂电光调制器的超线性调制
Ultralinear Modulation of the Bistable LiNbo3 Crystal Electro-Optic Modulator
【摘要】 本文分析了双调制晶体结构的双稳铌酸锂电光调制器的双稳以及超线性调制特性,通过数值分析方法讨论了光电转换因子对双稳的形成,双稳区域和线性调制对比度的影响,得到了与理论分析相吻合的实验结果。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the bistability and the ultralinear characteristics of a bistable modulator with two LiNbo3 crystals are analysed. And the effects of the feedback factors on the formation and the region of bistability as well as on the contradistinction of the linear modulation are discussed by means of numerical analysis. The experimental results obtained are satisfied with the theoretical analysis.
