第二心音的数学模型和数值计算
Mathematical Model and Numerical Calculation of Second Heart Sound
【摘要】 利用特征线法对第二心音的一维数学模型进行了数值计算,计算结果与Stein的计算结果吻合良好,并且提出了第二心音的二维轴对称物理模型.利用SIMPLE法直接求解非定常轴对称Navier-stokes方程,得到了主动脉管内血液流动的二维速度场和压力场,以及心音的频幅特性,对诊断疾病的听诊观察手段提供了定性的指导作用.
【Abstract】 In the present article, characteristic line method is used to solve numerically the problem of the second heart sound of one-dimensional model.The result obtained coincides with that of stein’s.Axisymetrical physical model of the second heart sound is represented and SIMPLE method is employed to solve the nonsteady axisymetrical Navier-Stokes equations directly.Solutions of velocity and pressure fields of blood flow in aortic tube, frequency and amplitude characteristic of the second heart sound are obtained, which may provide qualitative ,instruction for auscultation.
