半双列杂交分析两套遗传参数估计式的比较
COMPARISION OF TWO SETS OF ESTIMATING FORMULA FOR GENETICAL PARAMETERS IN HALF DIALLEL ANALYSIS
【摘要】 本文从理论和实例两方面证实:在半双列杂交情况下,用于全双列杂交的估计式所得显性变异分量偏高,但这种偏倚对遗传参数的估值,一般不会有明显影响,若无正反交效应或正反交差异不大,在估计遗传参数时,用半双列杂交代替其相应的全双列杂交设计,不会产生太大的偏差。
【Abstract】 It has been proved that, under the circumstance of half diallel cross, the dominant variation components obtained by using it in the estimating formula of the full diallel cross are a bit high,which does not have obvious influence on the estimation of genetical parameters. It will not bring about large deviation to replace the full diallel cross designs with half diallel cross designs, in estimating genetical parameters.
