【Abstract】 Bacillus subtilis 230(BS₂₃₀) was selected from parent strain Bacillus subtilis 1（BS1）, which was maintained in laboratory, via natural selection, U.V.radiation and DES treatment.It is rod, Gram-positive bacterium with peripheral mobile flagella;optimal temperature and PH are 37℃ and 6.8～7.0; which α-amylase activity from BS230 was raised 10 times more than that from parent strain.BS₂₃₀is a kind of advantageous mutant strain.更多还原
