舍蝇染色体组型分析
Karyotype Analysis of the Chromosome of Musca Domestic Vicina Macquart
【摘要】 本文对舍蝇的染色体组型进行了分析研究,绘制了组型模式图。舍蝇的染色体组型2n=12,染色体臂数为24(N.F),配成六对。五对染色体属于中部和亚中部着丝粒染色体,其中有一对为异型染色体(X、Y)。舍蝇染色体组型的分析为研究其他家蝇的分类,亲缘关系提供了参考资料。
【Abstract】 Third instar larvae of Musca domestic vicina Macquart are used as a source of neural ganglia,which are the most convenient source of mitotic tissue in Diptera.The diploid chromosome number is 12.According to the nomenclature recommanded by Levan et al.(1964),the karyotype of Musca domestic vicina Macquart consists of two pairs of large-sized metacentrics(m),two pairs of medium-sized metacentrics(m)and one pair of medium-sized submetacentrics(sm).X chromosome is a largesized metacentric,but the Y chromosome is small-sized metacentric. The means and standard deviations of the relative arm lengths as well as arm ratios and centromeric indices of the chromosomes have been calculated.Idiogram of chromosomes has been constructed from measurements of 10 good metaphase spreads in mitoses.
