环氧化合物开环聚合用催化剂的研究 Ⅲ.三异丁基铝-磷酸-吩噻嗪催化体系对环氧氯丙烷的聚合

【摘要】 由三异丁基铝(Al)、磷酸(P)和吩噻嗪(PT)组成的催化体系对环氧氯丙烷的聚合具有高活性、高聚合速率、高产率和高聚合度等特点。聚合物的分子量明显地依赖于聚合温度,在0—30℃时,可获得高分子量的产物。随着催化体系不同,可以制得不同类型的聚合物。用Al-丁二酰亚胺-四氢呋喃催化体系制得者是结晶型聚合物,用Al-P-PT催化体系制得者是无定形聚合物。

【Abstract】 It is found that the catalyst system composed of triisobutylaluminum ( Al), phosphoric acid (P); and phenothiazine ( PT ) is very effective for the polymerization of epichlorohydrin(ECH) .It gives high rate, high yield and high degree of polymerization. The average molecular weight of poly ECH depends significantly upon the polymerization temperature, and the polymers with the highest molecular weight are obtained from the poly merization at 0-30℃ in toluene solvent. ECH can polymerize into either a highly crystalline polymer or an amorphous polymer, depending on the catalyst system used. The ECH polymers prepared with Al-succinimide-tetrahydrofuran catalyst system are crystalline, while those obtained with the Al-P-PT catalyst system are completely amorphous.
