【摘要】 本文报道50例内脏癌在皮肤上的表现:①非特异性皮肤表现:全身瘙痒7例,带状疱疹5例,获得性鱼鳞病3例,泛发性红斑2例,荨麻疹、银屑病、黑棘皮病各1例。凡老年人原因不明的全身瘙痒久治不愈者需考虑内脏癌的可能。②特异性皮肤表现,皮下结节多见26例,胸甲癌及丹毒样癌各2例。凡是诊断不明难以归类的结节疑及内脏癌转移的可能,应争取活检,以助确诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 The skin manifestations of visceral cancer were reported. The non-specific skin manifestations include) generalized pruritus (7 cases), herpes zoster(5 cases), acquired ichthyosis (3 cases), generalized erythema(2 cases), urticaria(1 case), psoriasis(1 case), and acanthosis nigricansd case). The specific skin lesicns: nodular lesion(26 cases), carcinoma encuirasse (2 cases), and carcinoma erysipelas(2 cases). Generalized pturitus is the most common non-specific lesion. In aged patients, generalized pruritus of unknown etiology unresponsive to prolonged treatment, should be investigated for a hidden malignancy. Nodular lesions represent the most common specific skin lesion in patient with visceral cancer. Any unclassified skin nodule should be suspected of being a metastatic lesion, Histologic examination may help for the diagnosis.更多还原
