【Abstract】 The pressure wave penetration and reflection properitics at a valve, which is located in a conduit, are discussed, And the Penetration and reflection coefficients are derived. Then, the boundary conditions at the valve and pipe fluid transients computer simulation as well as the computer program flow chart are given.
