【摘要】 根据Beakbame.Taper等人测定的七种砧木十项矮化效应预选指标建立的相关矩阵,进行了主成份分析,通过分析,淘汰了为矮化效应仅提供1％信息的根皮率、根皮部纤维等五项预选指标,肯定了根木质部中纤维、薄壁细胞等非输导组织所占的比例是矮化效应的主要因素,并根据根木质部中纤维、薄壁细胞、导管、枝条电阻、气孔密度各指标的因子负荷量权重分配矮化预选指标,可很好的反应矮化效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Analysis of principle component was based on the correlative matrix established by measuring the preselected indexes from seven dwarfing stocks of apple by A. B. Beakbane and Taper and others. And through which five indexes such as the rootbark rate, cortex fibre of root and so on were died out which provided only one percent for the total sum of dwarfing effective information and fibre of root xylem, perenchyma cell and so on were affirmed as factors of dwarfing effect. The dwarfing effect can be well shown from the preselected index of dwarfing stock apple of distributing the loading weigh of factor to each index.更多还原
