【Abstract】 Epibrassinolide( BR) was used in this study to spray wheat plant during the booting stage and filling period. It was found that when in low concentration(0.01 - 0.05ppm) , BR could accelerate the movement of total soluble carbohyrates in the flag leaf during the filling period; make the soluble protein content of the flag leaf consistent; increase the developing seed activity; reduce the accumulation of free ammo- nia( NH3 ) and putresdne under the stress condition; decrease the cell membrane permeability of the functional leaves in the lower parts of wheat plant. Grains per spike and thousand-grain weight were increased, infertile spikelets reduced compared to the control-The results show that BR is effective on the improvement of wheat yield.更多还原
