【Abstract】 Based on theoretical analysis and simulating calculation for vibrational behaviour of rotor with a transverse crack, experiments have been made on the experimental rotor station. Some typical spectrum and cascade plots of crack fault are obtained. Our resesrches show that it is feasible to diagnose the crack fault on a turbine rotor by the vibrational signal measured, this method has the advantage of on-line diagnosis, simplicity and convenience.更多还原
