【摘要】 本文简要论证了我国未来15～30年内出现特高压输电的可能性与必要性以及需要使用的特高压输电有关参数,分别简述了特高压交、直流输电的主要特点和在国内外的发展情景。在输电能力相同的基础上,本文着重对这两种输电方式进行了技术经济比较,特别对我国电力界存在着不同看法的几个问题做了专门的分析论证。最后,对我国特高压输电的发展问题提出了一些看法。尽管因原始资料的概略性与不确定性,文中的分析比较不一定也不可能十分精确,但作为战略分析,我们认为,所得结论仍具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper demonstrates briefly the probability and necessity of the application of UHVAC and UHVDC and their parameters in the coming 15-30 years in our country.The paper also discusses the main characteristics and the present situation of UHVAC and UHVDC at home and abroad. Based on the same transmission ability, the technical and economical comparisons between these two ways (AC and DC)have been made. Especially, several controversial problems existing in the electric power circle in china have been analysed. Finally, some proposals for the development of UHVAC and UHVDC transmission in China are offered. It should be pointed out that though the above comparisons and analyses may not be very accurate, the conclusions obtained can be consulted as a strategic prediction.更多还原
