【摘要】 本文描述一种基于电路合成法研制而成的新型多功能微分负阻器件SN8601。文中首先提出了具有多功能、易于集成化实现的电路方案,继而分析其静态与动态特性和工作原理。对所提出的电路方案,采用常规双极集成电路生产工艺制得了该器件。最后给出了此器件在放大、脉冲等电路中的应用实例。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the research results obtained mainly in references [1-5]. a novel NDR (Negative Differential Resistance) devicc is designed and fabricated on a single chip which can be used as whichsoever of the CCS, CCN, RCS and RCN two-port configurations. DC/AC analysis, computer simulated results, as well as laboratory measurements are presented in the paper. Application circuits employing this novel multifunctional device are also reported.更多还原
