一维晶体的表面振动态
The surface phonon state of One-dimension Crystal
【摘要】 本文是研究在发生Peierls相变后,产生二聚化的一维晶体的表面振动态问题。讨论了无限长链的声子谱,其声子谱与一维复式格子情况类似。讨论了半无限长链的表面振动态,发现表面振动模的频率高于光学支连续谱,是局域模。当杂质原子取代了表面原子时,也出现高频局域模,并且发现重原子杂质(M<m杂质<2M)也能激发高频局域模。
【Abstract】 The surface phonon staes of dimeriged one dimension crystal arc studied in this paper. We studed the phonon spectrum of infinite chain and surface vibration mode of half-infinite chain. We obtain that the frequency of surface vibration mode is higher than the maximum frequency of continuous spectrum. We also studed the surface vibration mode of impurity.
