夹具对薄板氩弧焊温度分布的影响

【摘要】 分析了A3钢、LF6铝合金、1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在不同施焊条件下的温度分布。根据工装夹具对焊接热场影响的特点,提出了热源——“热潭”计算模型。试验表明,在薄板自动氩弧焊时,带有压板和垫板的焊接夹具的散热作用对被焊构件上的温度分布有很大的影响。

【Abstract】 Welding for thin plates of A3 steel, LF6 aluminium alloy and 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, the temperature distribution on the plates was analyzed under different welding condition, According to the effect character of fixture on thermal cycle of base metal adjacent to weld, a calculating model of heat source——heat sink was proposed. Experimental results show that thermal diffusivity of fixture with backing and clamping has strong effect on temperature distribution of weldments during TIG welding of thin plates.
