【摘要】 本文对小清河口的水文气象特征、沿海水动力条件、泥沙淤积分布和延伸造陆情况以及历史变迁等问题进行了阐述,指出河口三角洲的淤积延伸、口门阻塞、河道缩窄、水深变浅、排泄不畅、水源不足、水质污染及风暴潮灾严重等问题,是开发治理的关键。据此提出综合治理和开发利用的办法与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The hydrometeorological features, coastal hydrodynamical conditions, sediment distribution and extension of silting and historical changes of the Xiaoqinghe River Mouth are described in this paper. It is pointed out that the extension of silting in delte region, the obstruction of river mouth, narrowing of the river channel, shallowing of water depth, impe- ded drainage, insuffecient source of water, pollution of water quality and serious disaster of storm surge are key factors for its development and harnessing. Measures for comprehensive harnessing and development of the river mouth is proposed in this paper.更多还原
