不同时距平均风速换算关系的研究
THE CONVERSION COEFFICIENTS BETWEEN THE AVERAGE WIND VELOCITY IN THE DIFFERENT PERIODS
【摘要】 用在石油平台上超声波风速仪观测的风脉动资料,计算了10分钟平均风速与这10分钟期间2分、1分、3秒和1秒钟平均最大风速及1小时平均风速与这1小时期间10分钟平均最大风速的关系。结果表明,不同时距平均风速之间的换算关系除去与时距成反比外,还与样本风速有关。本文给出了它们之间的关系,为确定不同时距平均风速换算系数提供合理依据。
【Abstract】 Using the wind fluctuation observation measured by the ultrasonic anemometer on the oil platform in Boihai Sea,the relations between th 10 minute mean wind velocity and the 2 minute,1 minute,3 second,1 sec- ond,1 second maximum wind velocity during above 10 minutes period,le hour mean wind velocity and the maximum 10 minute mean wind velocity were calculated.The results show that the conversion coefficients be- tween the different periods not only depend on the period used to do the average,but also on the velocity itself,i.e.,the higher the velocity of the wind sample,the larger the coefficients The conversion coefficients can be used in practice.
