【摘要】 本文报告带血供骨移植修复骨肿瘤截除后骨缺损53例,其中良性骨肿瘤50例,恶性骨肿瘤3例,随访47例,随访时间2至7年,复发6例,死亡3例。由于该手术系带血供的骨移植。成活率高,故瘤灶截除较彻底,疗效较满意。本文对几种治疗术式的优点及手术适应症的选择进行了讨论。作者认为带血供的骨移植修复骨肿瘤截除后的骨缺损是较理想的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reported the results of treatment of 53 cases of bone tumor with bone resection and the blood supply bone transplantation.Among them, 50 cases are benign bone tumor and 3 malignant.There were 47 cases who were follow-up period 2 to 7 years.6 cases recurred,3 cases died. This procedure is rich in blood supply and high in survival rate of the graft bone,so that the pathologic tissues can be removed more exactly and thoroughly.Treatment results are satisfactory. The advantage of several treating methods and the selection of surgical indications were discussed. The authors believe that blood supply bone-grafting is a relatively ideal method for repairing bone defect with the bone tumor resection.更多还原
