【摘要】 本文报道一个家族三例患者,具有明确家族史。本病临床表现为血尿,进行性肾功能衰竭,耳聋,高血压和眼疾。本文报告的三例中二例具有典型症状。作耆讨论了本病诊断,遗传形式,临床表现等。通过本文三例的家族调查,支持其遗传方式属伴性显性遗传。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article reported three cases of a family with certain heredity.The clinical manifestations of Alport Syndrome are hematuria,progressed renal failure,deafness,hypertension and eye’s disorders.At the end,the authors discussed the diagnosis,genitic form,clinical patterns,etc.and pointed out that the hereditary pattern is dominant.更多还原
