【摘要】 本文对57例68处骨折不连接资料进行分析,骨折后距手术时间平均43个月,引起骨不连接的因素,主要是严重的原发性损伤,治疗技术上的错误及感染等,治疗方法主要是修整骨折断端,牢靠的内固定及自体骨移植。骨移植分带血供的骨移植及无带血供的骨移植。据46例随访结果,前者治愈率100%,后者为82.6%。作者认为带血供骨移植具有愈合迅速、可靠及抗感染力强的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 57 cases and 68 site of non—union of fractures are analyzed in this paper.The average duration after fracture was 43 months.The prominent factors causing non—union were severity of the original trauma,errors in the technique of treatment and infection of bone. The treatment method consisted of resection of the end of the fragments and rigid internal fixation and autograft,with blood supply of bone— grafting or non blood supply of bone—grafting.The results of followup in 46 cases.Showed that The healing rate of the former was 100% and the latter 82.6%.
