【摘要】 本文系用核听诊器和静息核素心血池显像技术,同时测定20例冠心病人和13例正常人左心功能的有关参数做对照性研究。结果显示:在核听诊器检查中,静息 LVEF 下降者7例。运动后 LVEF 有意义下降者共17例(85.0%)。在静息核素血心池显像技术中,整体 LVEF 下降者仅6例,而整体和/或局部 EF 下降者共15例(75%)。结论:静息核素心血池显像技术优于静息核听诊器技术。但后者如结合运动试验则略优于前者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Left ventricular function was measured in 20 cases with CHD by using the nuclear stethoscope and rest radionuclide angiocardiography techniques. The result showed that 7 of 20 cases had LVEF decreased significantly by using the rest nuclear stethoscope,but 17 of these 20 cases had LVEF de- creased significantly after doing exercise(85.0%).By using rest radionuclide angiocardiography,only 6 of these 20 cases had LVEF decreased,but 15 of these 20 cases had EF of LV segments decreased significantly(75.0%). It was indicated that the rest radionuclide angiocardiography technique was superior to the rest nuclear stethoscopy in the evaluation of LVEF in the patients with CHD,but combining with exercise,nuclear stethoscope tech- nique might be more sensitive.更多还原
