【摘要】 本文报告50例确诊为"冠心病"患者,采取随机方法分成两组,比较用"刻甫定"和"传统方法"治疗慢性充血性心衰的效果。每组25例病人,性别、年龄、心功能分级是相似。治疗效果根据心功能、STI、阻抗一次微分图及核听诊器等评价治疗前后变化。结果显示两组疗法效果无统计学上的差异。但"刻甫定"能改善心脏舒张功能(SV 增加、PFR、TPFR 改善)和明显增加运动耐量,副作用相对轻微。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the comparison of effects of "Captopril" and the "con- ventional method" on treatment of chronic congestive heart failure in 50 cases with coronary heart disease,randomly divided into two groups,25 cases each similar in sex,age,the classes of cardiac functional capacity.The therapeutic effects were estimated by means of cardiac functional capacity,STI,impedance rheocardigram and nuclear stethoscope.The result shows that there is no diff- erence in statistics between clinical responses of the two groups.However,it suggests that "Captopril" has more effects in improving diastolic function (increase SV and improve PFR,TPFR)and increases in exercise tolerance. also "Captopril" has relatively mild side effects.更多还原
