膏剂法快速渗硼的研究

【摘要】 本文作为膏剂法快速渗硼工艺的研究成果,在提高渗硼速度、降低渗剂成本和寻求一种具有优良密封性能的保护涂层等方面进行了实验研究。结果表明:有效地改进渗剂中的活化剂能大大地提高渗硼速度;在将渗剂中 B3C 量降到10~20%的情况下能得到满意的渗硼效果,从而大大降低渗剂成本;在900~930℃处理30分钟就能获得具有实用厚度的渗层。工厂实际使用结果表明:用该法对容易产生变形的轴类零件进行渗硼强化,可提高寿命2~5倍。文中还对增强渗剂活性,提高渗速及获得良好保护层的途径进行了分析讨论。

【Abstract】 In the process of boronization with the method of electuary,the important problems are how can the boronizing speed de increased,the cost of boronizing agent be reduced,and how to find an kind of elect- uary that could protect machine parts from oxidizaion?All these prob- lems have been discussed in this paper. If the amount of B4C in the boronizing agent is reduced to 10~20%, and the machine parts are treated between 900~930℃ for 30 minutes, about 60μm Fe2B layer could be formed on the surface of parts being treated. It is expected that this method could increase the lifetime of mach- ine parts 2~5 times.
