【Abstract】 The specific combination of the bromocresol green (BCG) with serum albu- min was made use of assaying for serum albumin.The applied solution BCG was characterized by that its composition was simple,the manipulation was easy,and a largd amount of specimen could be treated simultaneously.In mi- cro-automatic analytic colorimetry the pH values were no change,but in the various buffer solutions the results in detection of the pH were quite diffe- rent.In order to search a pH which had a larger buffer sphere,applying the othogonal test method,the authors optimized a best dispensing.The results were as follows:the pH of the buffer solution was 4.6,the concentration of BCG was 100mg/1006ml,and Brij 35 was 6ml/1006ml in 30% polyoxyacytate.更多还原
