【摘要】 本研究用昆明种小白鼠60只,随机分为两组,实验组经腹腔接种 Erh-lish腹水癌悬液0.2ml,对照组经腹腔注射生理盐水0.2ml,两组动物于实验开始后第5天、第8天和第12天分三批平行处理进行检查。结果表明:实验组小鼠体重逐渐减轻;腹水量进行性增多,在肿瘤生长的晚期为血性腹水;实验后第8天的带瘤小鼠红细胞中 cAMP 含量增高,实验后第12天的带瘤小鼠血浆和红细胞中 cAMP 含量则降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into two groups.The test mice were inoculated with 0.2 ml Erhlish ascites cancerous cells into the peritoneal and the control mice were injected with 0.9% saline in same volume.The mice were treated on the fifth,eighth and twelfth day of the experiment. The results showed that the body weights of the test mice were lighter as compared with the control mice;the volume of the cancerous aseites was increased continuously;the cAMP contents in the erythrocytes were higher on the eighth day of the experiment;but the cAMP contents in the plasm and the erythrocytes were decreased on the twelfth day of the experiment.This paper indicated that the changes of cAMP levels may be related to the anti- tumor effect of the organism in the course of cancer.更多还原
