【Abstract】 A serological survey was carried out by means of immune-fluorescent method. Sera were collected from 339 persons,to be suspected to suffer from NPC.29 cases with VCA/IgA antibody positive and pathological negative at the same time were selected out from among 339.According to serological positive re- sults,it was diagnosed as NPC of 15 cases by carrying out 2nd biopsy within 2 weeks;5 cases within 4 weeks;and 1 case within 9 weeks,2 cases (antibody titres 1:20 and 1:80)among the 21 cases were carried out 3rd biopsy examination and diagnosed as NPC finally. There is no doubt that patient with nasopharyngeal and signs, having VCA/IgA antibody positive and pathological negative at the same time,should be taken biopsy again.更多还原
