【摘要】 对18例疑为下消化道出血的患者作选择性肠系膜动脉造影,发现小肠平滑肌瘤2例、小肠血管发育异常2例、非闭塞性肠系膜血管梗塞症2例、回盲部和升结肠恶性淋巴瘤各1例、结肠腺癌3例以及乙状结肠息肉1例。本文对其中3例典型病例作了介绍,还对选择性肠系膜动脉造影诊断下消化道出血的价值、造影片上各类出血性病变的鉴别诊断及如何提高阳性诊断率等问题进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Selective superior and inferior mesenteric arteriographies were performed in 18 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding.Twelve cases of lower gastrointesti- nal hemorrhage were diagnosed by their angiograms.They consist of two cases of leiomyoma in the small bowel,two cases of angiodysplasia in the small bowel,two cases of nonocclusive mesenteric infarction,two cases of malignant lymphoma,three cases of colonic adenocarcinoma and one case of colonic polyp. Three typical cases were reported.The authors emphasized the value of the mesenteric arteriography in lower gastrointestinal bleeding.The X-ray signs of relating intestinal diseases were discussed.And the opinion how to improve the diagnostic sensitivity was proposed.更多还原
