【Abstract】 Thirty patients of complicated hepatolithiasis with multiple stricture of the hepatocholanges have been operated by typical surgical operation,such as hepa- tolobectomy,hepaticoplasty,hepatocholangiojejunostomy etc.Of these patients, 28 were cured,and have been followed up for 1-11 years,the results were exce- llent in 23 cases(82.14%).Combine examination with type B ultrasonography, P.T.C.and cholangiography intraoperatively may be beneficial for localization of the stone.In the choice of the operation,the authors suggested some following prineiples: Hepatolobectomy may be used for the patients with stones and cho- langiostrictures located in a lobe only.If it complicated with stricture of right or left hepatic duct orifice,the hepaticoplasty at first and thencholangiojejunos- tomy may be suitable.In the stricture at left hepatic duct orifice accompanied with slight stricture of right hepatic duct more than Ⅱgrade,the cholangio- plasty,dilating the stricture,U-tubestent to biliary stricture and cholangiojeju- nostomy may be performed.When a stricture at the communication of hepatic duct existed,a cholangiojejunostomy after hepaticoplasty may be suitable.更多还原
