【Abstract】 The ultrasonographic findings in 12 cases of fetal abnormalities were analy zed. Of the 12 cases, 10. were accurately diagnosed by sonography. The results show that sonography is a useful method for the diagnosis of gross fetal abnor malities. As it can detect fetal abnormalities in the early stage, it is valuable to decide the continuation or termination of pregnancy and to select the mode of delivery. We suggest that it should be used as a routine examination in the prepartal period.更多还原
