【摘要】 本文用Ames试验和微核试验测试煤焦沥青及其组份的诱变作用。Ames试验结界表明,沥青的甲醇可溶物中的极性化合物经代谢活化可诱发移码突变。微核试验表明,沥青的环已烷可溶物可诱使小鼠骨髓多染红细胞微核率增高。沥青及其提取组份对小鼠骨髓造血功能具有一定的抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, mutagenic effects of coal tar pitch (CTP) and its fraction were studied using Ames test and micronucleus test.Ames test showed that a frame-shift mutation induced by methanol soluble fraction after S9 activation was mainly due to polar compounds of CTP, while the increased mieroaueleus rate was mainly due to cyclohexane soluble fraction of CTP.The results also showed some toxic effects on myelopoiesis by CTP and its fractions.更多还原
