【Abstract】 The optical system of multichannel UV-Vis Spectrophotomete rs is being under development, which differs from single channel apparatus. The optical systems, including those possibly adopted, for various multichannel opectrophotometers were reviewed in this paper, and several problems worthy of handling with care were pointed out, and two principles for designing optical systems were also given, and thus are offered the grounds for reasonably choosing the optical systems.更多还原
