【摘要】 <正> 一、引言 自液氮温区Y-Ba-Cu-O系统超导体发现以来,从物理学及结晶学角度研究YBa2Cu3O7-b(123化合物)及其它相的晶体结构和超导性能等方面有大量的报道。本文从陶瓷工艺角度系统地研究预烧温度Τpi及烧成温度Τi对显微结构和抗磁性能的影响。

【Abstract】 The influence of prefiring and firing temperatures(Tpt and Tt)on the microstructure and diamagnetism of YBa2Cu3O7-δceramics was studied. It has been found that under a specified prefiring and firing processes, there exists a Tt and Tpt range, respectively,in which the bulk density and the amount of superconducting phase are maximized. The total diamagnetic shift value can be affected by the following factors: the amount of superconductive phase per unit volume, the size and integrity of superconductive grains, and the diamagnetic shielding effect of grains upon pores and second phases.
