纯LiNbO3晶体在室温至130℃的反常现象
ANOMALOUS PHENOMENA OF PURE LiNbO3 CRYSTALS IN THE RANGE OF ROOM TEMPERATURE TO 130℃
【摘要】 LiNbO3晶体在30—130℃区间的反常现象,已由实验证明与光折变机理相似,是热激发晶体中的点缺陷产生电子而引起的。本文根据实验结果,提出了热激发电子模型。从模型出发提出可能产生的现象,并讨论了几种过去难于解释的实验中出现的现象。
【Abstract】 In the range of 30℃ to 130℃, the mechanism for the anomalous phenomena of LiNbO3 crystals has been proved similar to that for the optically induced change of refractive indices. The anomalous phenomena result from thermally excited electrons in the point defect of crystals. According to the experiment result, a model of thermal excitation is proposed by the authors. The anomalous phenomena of LiNbO3 can be deduced from the model. Several problems occurred in experiments which were difficult to explain in the past are discussed in the paper.
