【摘要】 利用高分辨电子显微镜(HREM)研究了掺杂K2O、Na2O的Ca2SiO4的精细结构。结果表明,掺杂后产生大量的(100)孪晶并证实了(001)孪晶的存在,观察了β相中新生的γ相,得出了它们之间的取向关系。同时,电子衍射和高分辨像表明,α′相的存在可能与其沿(100)的堆垛无序有关。

【Abstract】 Study on microstructures by high resolution electron microscope (HREM) proves the existence of twin lamellae,induced by shear stresses during the transformation of α′-C2S to β-C2S, with(100) and (001) twin planes in larnite doped with K2O or Na2O. γ-C2S formed in the β-C2S was identified and the orientation relationship between them was determined. Also, it is deduced from the electron diffraction pattern (EDP) and the HREM image that there is a possible relationship between α’-C2S remnant and the stacking fault along its axis.
