【Abstract】 The absorption, excitation, and emission spectra of CdS(Se) microcrystallites in glass are measured, and their temperature dependances from 10 K to 300 K are obtained. The results are compared with the reported results for correspondent crystals. The possible transition mechanism is discussed.更多还原
