柑桔果皮有效成分的提取和应用

【摘要】 综述了柑桔果皮有效成分的提取和综合利用问题,讨论了柑桔果皮的药用价值。着重介绍了柑桔果皮中果胶、挥发性物质及各种配糖体的综合开发利用.

【Abstract】 The abstract and comprehensive utilization of citrus peel effective compositions have been summarized and the medical value of citrus peels has been discussed. The comprehensive utilization of pectins, volatile materials and various glucosides of citrus peels were recommended emphatically.
