无溶剂法合成蔗糖酯与硬脂酸乙酯的回收利用
No-solvent Synthesis of Sucrose Esters and the Recovery of Ethyl Stearate for Repeat Application
【摘要】 研究了无溶剂直接合成蔗糖酯的条件,及分离提纯方法,并证明回收硬脂酸乙酯能够重复使用制成蔗糖酯。
【Abstract】 The various conditions of direct synthesis of sucrose with ethyl stearate without solvent and the method of product purification has been investigated. It has been proved that the recovery ethyl stearate can be repeatly used to produce sucrose ester.
