Fe-W(Mo)-Co(Ni)时效硬化工具合金的组织
The Structure of a High Hardness Fe-W (Mo)-Co (Ni) Aging Tool Alloy
【摘要】 研究了一种Fe-W(Mo)-Co(Ni)时效工具合金中的相、组织及其在热处理时的变化。得出,合金可采用两种固溶处理,一种是从γ相和金属间化合物双相区淬火;另一种是从δ单相区淬火,获得高过饱和度的δ铁素体。这两种固溶方法都具有很高的时效硬化能力。合金双相区淬火后时效初期发生调幅分解,沿(110)?面形成片状的W、Mo 原子的贫区与富区,产生第一步硬化。三角晶系的μ相从富W,Mo 区中析出,与基体保持共格,由此产生第二步硬化。
【Abstract】 The phases,structures and transformations during heat treatment of a highhardness Fe-W(Mo)-Co(Ni)aging tool alloy had been studied.The solution treatment can bechosen from two processes:quenchinq from γ and intermetallic compound double phase area toobtain the martensite matrix,or quenching from δ(simple)phase area to obtain a δ-ferrite withhigh oversatuvation.Both of them lead high age hardening ability.During the first stage of agehardening,the spinodal decomposition,namly,the formation of zones rich and poor in W andMo atoms parallel to(110)a′ phase was happened.The triclinic μ-phase,remaining coheventralationship with matrix,is precipitated in the zones rich in W and Mo,and the second stageof age hardening is caused.
