活塞用铝-石墨复合材料的性能
The Properties of Aluminum-Graphite Particle Composite for Making Pistons
【摘要】 本文详述了活塞用铝-石墨复合材料的主要性能。包括:主要的机械性能及若干物理性能。测定结果表明,复合材料的机械性能随石墨加入量的增加而降低,但活塞所要求的高温抗拉强度下降幅度较小;复合材料的热膨胀系数比目前使用的活塞材料要低,耐磨性明显优于目前使用的活塞合金。。复合材料的导热性与基体合金相比相差不大。综合这些数据可以确定,含石墨3—6 wt%的铝-石墨复合材料是制造发动机活塞的一种理想材料。
【Abstract】 The main properties of Aluminium-Graphite Particle Composite for making pistons have beenstudied,which include some mechanical and physical properties.Results of comprehensive studyindicate that:with increasing graphite content,the tensile strength of composites decreases,butthe high-temperature tensile strength decreases by less value;the thermal expansion coefficient islower than that of materials used for making pistons presently;the wear resistance of compositeis superior to the alloy used for making pistons presently;and its thermal conductivity is as highas that of matrix alloy.The conclusion is that the aluminium-graphite composite with adding 3-6 wt% graphite could be one of the ideal materials for making engine pistons.
