20钢的奥氏体氮碳共渗及稀土对共渗的作用

【摘要】 本文介绍20低碳钢经不同温度氮碳共渗后渗层的组织、硬度及耐磨性能,并探讨了渗剂中添加稀土的工艺。结果表明:经650℃奥氏体氮碳共渗的20钢,表面具有良好的抗咬合性和耐磨性,心部又具有较好的强度及韧性;稀土在奥氏体氮碳共渗中具有催渗作用,使渗层增厚,耐磨性略有改善.

【Abstract】 In this paper the structure of surface layer,hardness,wear resistance of 20 steel after differenttemperature nitrocarburizing and the RE added technique into the nitrocaburizing mediums arediscussed.Experimental results show that the nitrocarburizing can provide the surface layer withgood adhesive wear resistance and wearability after 650℃ austenite nitrocarburizing,and the streng-th and toughness of the core is improved.The rate of nitrocarrburizing of 20 steel is increased dueto the addition of RE,thus showing that the catalytic effect of RE on nitrocarburizing is obvious.The wearbility is slightly refined.
