Cu-Zn-Al-Ce形状记忆合金弯曲疲劳及对性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了铜基形状记忆合金的弯曲疲劳极限,初步探讨了弯曲疲劳循环次数对记忆性能和相变点的影响规律。实验表明:铜基形状记忆合金抗弯疲劳性能良好;随弯曲循环次数的增加,单向恢复率逐渐减小,而相变温度明显升高,转变温度范围则逐渐变窄。

【Abstract】 The bending fatigue limit of Cu-Zn-Al-Ce shape memory alloys was studied and the effectsof the number of the trained cycles on the memory properties and transformation points were dis-cussed as well.It is proved that:(1)Bending fatigue properties of the Cu-Zn-Al-Ce alloys aresatisfactory and,(2)With increasing of the number of bending cycles,one way recovery decreasedand phase transformation temperature increases,transformation temperature region becomes narrowas well.
