【Abstract】 It is reported in this papsr that the high calculation accuracy of spreading resistance correction factors is obtained by adopting the pieeewise cubic interpolation in the ragion of small integration variable instead of the quadratic interpolation. The calculation speed iacreases by thirty times as the formula of correction factor is simplified and the BASIC program is compiled by the TASC program.更多还原
