氧化还原电位作为生物除磷、氮流程控制参数
CONTROLLING PARAMETER IN BIO-NUTRIENT REMOVAL PROCESS
【摘要】 氧化还原电位ORP可用作生物除磷,除氮流程中厌氧区和缺氧区的运行控制参数,帮助管理人员了解运行状况。 通过调节NO3的回流量Q(?)以维持缺氧区的ORP为-160±15mV,从而充分利用其反硝化能力以除氮,同时可防止NO3进入厌氧区。 在厌氧区中,各实验的ORP与PO4-3浓度之间有很好的线性关系,但各实验彼此之间却不相互吻合,从而推测还存在有其它未知因素的影响,尚待进一步探索。
【Abstract】 In the bio-nutrient removal process,ORP(Oxidation-Reduction Potentials can be used as an operating parameter in anaerobic and anoxic zones.It can help operators to make instantaneous assessments of the process.Adjusting the internal nitrate recycle flow Qr,to keep ORP arround-160±15mv in anoxic zone,it will fully utilize the denitrification capacity of process and avoid excess nitrate being carried to anaerobic zone.In anaerobic zone,ORP and orthophosphate content are found to be linearly coordinated in each batch operation,but they are not conformable between batchs of experiment.This is most likely an indication that other,unidentified variables are present and influential.This must be studied further more.
