水轮机导叶端面间隙流态的研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了利用流场显示技术对导叶端面间隙流态进行试验研究的结果。通过在清水和浑水两种不同条件下对导叶端面间隙压力的测量,得到了不同工况下的空心导叶和实心导叶端面间隙压力分布曲线。初步提出了减轻导叶端面间隙磨蚀的措施。

【Abstract】 The results of experimental study of flow pattern in the end clearance of guide-vane of water-turbine by means of visualization are presented in this paper. The pressure distribution in the end clearance of hollow guide-vane and solid guide-vane is obtained by surveying the pressure in the end clearance under the conditions of clean water and muddy water. By comparing and analyzing, one of the measures to reduce the wear and cavitation damage of the end clearance of guide-vane is advanced.
