【摘要】 通过大量实验及初步临床观察可以看出:从中药女贞子中提取的齐墩果酸具有肯定促进淋巴细胞增殖和动物巨噬细胞吞噬功能、迟发超敏反应的效应,并与白细胞介素2(IL—2)具有协同作用。临床观察服用齐墩果酸后肿瘤患者的T淋巴细胞及巨噬细胞功能均有一定提高,而服用安慰剂的对照组则无明显变化。本文说明齐墩果酸至少是女贞子免疫调节作用的有效成分之一,值得进一步研究和试用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results of in vitro and in vivo experimental studies show that Oleanolic acid isolated from Ligustrum lucidum is effective inthe enhancement of stimulation of lymphocyte proliferation, phagocytosisof macrophages, and abrogation of excess Ts activity in cancer patientsand also induced by ConA in vitro study. There is also evidence that theimmune modulating effect of Oleanolic acid is synergistic with the activityof IL-2. Preliminary clinical results reveal that Oleanolic acid was ableto improve both the function of lymphocytes and macrophages in cancerpatients, and confirm that Oleanolic acid is one of the active componentsof Ligustrum lucidum in immune modulation. No change was observed ina group of patients who received placebo. Further experimental study andclinical trials are suggested.更多还原
