【摘要】 本论文对200余名厂长(经理)提出的在我国培养高级工业企业管理人才的意见和建议进行了综合分析:其中包括培养高级管理人才的类型;当前高校培养管理人才的弊端,近期培养工业企业管理人才的若干建议;长远培养各层次管理人才的培养目标、基本规格、分工以及培养道路和方法选择。本文最后还分析了工业管理工程专业本科学生应具有的知识结构和能力结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper synthetically analyse the suggestions about 200 industrial enterprise directors or managers, which are about training the high-level qualified management experts. It discusses the types of training the high-lever qualified management experts and the problems of management experts trained in universities todoy. It makes some suggestions about training management experts of industrial enterprises in the near future and proposes a long-term plan of training different levels management experts concentrating on the training objects, basic standards, division of work and the selection of training methods. Finally, the structures of knowledge and ability of undergraduates major in industrial management engineering are analysed in this paper.更多还原
