【摘要】 以甲醇为溶剂,采用固体萃取法可以从商品糊用聚氯乙烯树脂提取该树脂的乳化剂。然后应用柱层析分离技术以硅胶作为固定相,丙酮为第一洗脱剂,50％含水乙醇为第二洗脱完叶,能较好分离阴离子型和非离子型乳化剂。这样便于应用现代化仪器分析技术进行结构推测。本文还研究了两种类型的乳化剂的定量比例。更多还原

【Abstract】 An approach to the method of analyzing and identifying the amount and type of emu-Isifiers present in paste-forming PVC (polyvinyl chloride) was established in this article. The emulsifier system, usually a mixture of two or more emulsifiers, was first isolated from PVC resin by refluxing the resin with methanol in a Soihlet extractor, followed by evaporation of solvent from the extract. The mixture was then separated by introducing it on to a chromatographic silica-gel column and eluting the column first with acetone, then with 50% ethanol. The structure of isolated emulsifiers can be determined by application of UV, IR, NMR spectrum as well as C: H element analysis.Quantitative analysis of emulsifiers was also discussed in the article.更多还原
