固态缩聚碳纤维/尼龙1010复合物的熔化行为
MELTING BEHAVIOR IN CARBON FIBER/NYLON-1010 COMPOSITES OF SOLID-STATE POLYCONDENSATION
【摘要】 本工作借助示差扫描量热法(DSC)和X-射线衍射分析(WAXD)首次研究了通过固态缩聚反应得到的初生态纤维/尼龙1010复合物的结晶特征和熔化行为。实验结果表明:在固态缩聚反应条件下,反应温度、反应时间、碳纤维含量以及产物分子量对初生态复合物的熔化行为有着明显的影响,但其晶系结构和晶胞参数不改变。碳纤维的存在对尼龙1010大分子起着加速晶体形态,限制大分子结晶正常生长的界面效应,碳纤维表面固有的特性致使初生态碳纤维/尼龙1010复合物在DSC扫描过程中呈现出放热峰特征。
【Abstract】 It have been investigated that the crystal characterization and muiltiple melting behavior in nascent composite of carbon fiber/nylon-1010 from solid-state polycondensa-tion by useing DSC instrument and X-ray diffraction analysis. Experimental results indicated that under condition of solid-state polycondensation, reaction temperature and time, content of carbon fiber and the nascent nylon-1010 macromolecular weight have considerable influenced on the melting curves of the composites, but this crystal system structure and unit cell parameters of nylon-1010 remain unchanged. The catalytic effect for carbon fiber nucleating the formation of macromolecular crystal and limiting regular growth of the crystal were existed. Inherent characterization on the surface of carbon fiber led to appear the exotherm peak feature of the nascent composites of,carbon fiber/ nylon-1010 during DSC scanning.
